本品はアロニアの実に加えルテイン・ゼアキサンチンが規定量配合されています。
ルテイン・ゼアキサンチンには、目の黄斑部の色素密度を上昇させ、ブルーライトなどの光の刺激から目を保護し、コントラスト感度（ぼやけの緩和によってはっきりと物を識別する力）を改善することや、加齢に伴い低下する認知機能の一部である注意力(複数の情報から特定の情報に注目する力)、認知的柔軟性(変化を認識し、対応する力)を維持する機能があることが報告されています。

What is Yoku Mierun?
Literally meaning “to see well” in Japanese, Yoku Mierun is a 100 natural food supplement for improving vision. Formulated by Mierun Co., Ltd. under the expertise of Dr. Hiroyuki Miyazaki (PhD. Pharmacology) from Aronia berries and Marigold flowers as main ingredients and is available in capsule form in zip-lock aluminum polymer bags. The product is manufactured in Japan under strict sanitary regulations and was launched in the market in 2022. It is currently sold in Japan through agents and online on Amazon, Rakuten and direct sales.
How does it work?
Yoku Mierun contains three main compounds that act as active ingredients viz. Anthocyanin, Lutein and Zeaxanthin. The three compounds are clinically proven to help improve vision. In addition to improving vision, Anthocyanin is a power anti-oxidant and helps in a variety of conditions. Each dose contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin in proportion of 10mg and 2mg respectively which is widely accepted as the golden ratio.
Who should take it?
As it is a natural food and made of fruits and flowers, it is safe to be consumed by people of all ages that can safely and conveniently swallow capsules. It is particularly helpful in cases of age-related blurry vision, macular degeneration and stressed eyes due to extensive exposure to electronic gadgets such as smartphones, tablets, LED TVs and computer screens for people of all ages. Aren’t there other similar products?
Other similar products are available in the market. However, Yoku Mierun stands out in the following manners:
o Aronia berries: Most other products are made of either Blueberries or Bilberries (which are also a type of blueberries). The Anthocyanin content in Aronia berries has been proven to be around 4 to 4.5 times Blueberries and around 1.5 times Bilberries. Additionally, Anthocyanin content in Blueberries and Bilberries depends on the time of harvest; whereas in Aronia berries it is always constant, irrespective of the harvest time. Hence, Yoku Mierun assures a standard amount of Anthocyanin.
o Stabilized ingredients: Compounds such as Lutein and Zeaxanthin are extremely unstable and its content in most other supplements starts depleting within a few weeks of production. Yoku Mierun has been lab tested for accelerated time and no such depletion was detected.
o Careful formulation: Most other supplements focus on packing the necessary ingredients, totally disregarding the process of absorption after ingestion. Yoku Mierun is carefully formulated by including the active compounds meticulously balanced with other ingredients that help in maximum absorption of the nutrients, giving best results.
